What should I include in my first enquiry?

Tell us the country where care is needed, whether you are the patient or are contacting us with their permission, and a brief description of the support you are seeking. Read about the cancer treatment programme before contacting the team.

Please do not put medical records, identity documents or detailed health information in the general contact form. The team can explain what is needed and how to share it through an appropriate channel.

Does an enquiry guarantee treatment or funding?

No. Sending an enquiry is not a clinical referral, grant approval or promise to pay treatment costs. Ask the team about current availability, the assessment process and any limits before making financial commitments.
